U Share’s Values ⚖️

U Share Values
English Based Living Environment

Starting a new life in a different country where you don’t best understand the language can be challenging. U Share can offer you an English-based living environment at the heart of Tokyo. The contract process, move-in, move-out, or any other life-related problems you may encounter during your stay in Japan can be dealt all in English.

All our office staffs are bilingual as well as the Resident Assistants on-site. However, don’t worry if you’re looking for a language exchange experience. Half of our residents are Japanese local students. They will be your best language exchange partner.

U Share Values
All furnished. Easy to Settle

Our rooms are fully furnished with all the necessary appliances for your daily life. The rent also includes the wifi, utility bills, and cleaning fee. Therefore, you can arrive in Japan without worrying about any of the facility problems and move in and start living a comfortable life from Day 1. All you need to bring to Japan is a spirit of “sharing”, your culture, and your suitcase with your very minimal essentials.

U Share Values
Social Cultural Events

Do you not want to maximize your experience by meeting new people and making new friends? U Share’s RAs regularly host social and cultural events. In the past, we have had events such as sushi night, tea ceremony day, late-night movie nights, and Christmas parties. What better ways are there than to join these events where you can make new friends and learn a little bit about Japanese culture? We always say it’s the people that make experiences memorable, not the place. We hope you get to find your life-long friend through our exciting events.
