“Your life is fundamentally
transformed
by who you live with,
how you live,
and what time
you spend together.”

This belief comes from U Share Founder Masamichi Ueta’s
experience living in a student dormitory at Harvard
University. U Share was founded to bring this transformative
experience to both Japanese and international students.
Living together 24/7, students share diverse values,
cultures, and academic perspectives—leading to new
discoveries, creativity, and lifelong bonds.
Since 2018, U
Share has focused on “The Power of Share,” designing and
operating residences that integrate living and learning. We go beyond traditional real estate investment, creating
experiential value that truly changes students’ lives.
U Share Waseda WC2 continues this philosophy.
Here, students from diverse backgrounds challenge one
another, broaden their perspectives, and engage with global
issues. This is where the next generation of global leaders
begins their journey.
